On 10th January, 2012 the onlookers Bengali Hindus again witnessed Mamtaz Banerjee’s concern to the Muslim People and her reluctance to minimize the increasing Muslim appeasement in a row of contest with her predecessor Left Front Govt. in West Bengal. But Mamtaz Banu Arjee is trying to break all the previous records on Muslim appeasement along with her day to day practice in Islam.

At a programme organized by the West Bengal Minorities Development and Financial Corporation at Netaji Indoor Stadium, on 10th January, Tuesday, the Trinamool Congress chief again took a swipe at Congress and CPM in various matters including the minority development (read Muslim development) in the state of West Bengal now renamed as Paschim Banga.

In the row of Muslim propagation, she tabled one trump card of Nazrul Islam by establishing a Nazrul Academy in the premises of Indira Bhawan premises in Salt Lake, Kolkata for running a new venture to represent Nazrul as a devout Muslim rather than a devotional sadhak and writer of hundreds of Shyama and Shyam Sangeet. Perhaps this project of Nazrul Academy will be a vicious tool to represent Nazrul as an Islamist rather than a symbol of patriotism in Agniveena. It is heard that two chairs of Aligarh University will be placed there in Nazrul Academy.

Referring to Congress without naming them, she said some parties, along with CPM are making an issue of Nazrul Academy, she said. "I know Nazrul had to leave India. We didn't pay him due respect. At his birthplace in Churulia, CPM has its party offices. We're trying to regain what we'd lost in the last three and a half decades. Now CPM and their political friends are pointing fingers at us. Let them do that, this will not deter us from our path."

But what she done tremendous for her beloved Muslim students and youth is a distribution of Rs 63 Crore and 64 lac to 3 lac 11 thousand Muslim minority boys and girls through West Bengal Minorities Development and Financial Corporation (WBMDFC). West Bengal Chief minister also declared that with March 2012, the rest 16 lac 70 thousand minority students (out of which 95% are Muslim) will get their loan and scholarship through WBMDFC without any hindrance.

Highlighting the steps taken by her government for minorities, Mamata said the minorities welfare department will spend its allocated Rs 415 crore by March, 2012. The branches of minority affairs department will be set up in every district, she said. "For setting this up, we've already sanctioned Rs 7-crore of the allocated Rs 14-crore." she said.

Mamtaz Banerjee also referred her sanction of 10000 madrashas for her 1000000 Muslim brother and sisters, up-gradation of three Haj Towers ( Rajarhat, Kaikhali, Park Circus), sanction of 60 bigha land in Rajarhat prime area for New complex of Aliya Madrasha University, promotion of two Aligarh University complex at Murshidabad and Bhangore and regularization of salary or the teacher and staff of 650 Madrashas at top most priority.

Leader of the opposition Surjya Kanta Mishra alleged the state under Left tenure had not only set up departments - but carved out two directorates - for minority welfare. "The government is yet to allocate funds for a scheme targeted to empower minorities women. We'd also tried to ensure OBC quota, which has stopped now. Before criticizing, I wish to inform her that the WBMDFC was awarded by the Centre for its performance, I hope she can maintain the number one status," he said.

It should not be forgotten that in the July last (July,2011) an amount of Rs 21 crore and 37 lac was distributed to 54,141 minority beneficiaries by the same TMC led Govt. through WBMDFC, just after Mamta Banerjee was sworn in as Chief Minister of West Bengal on 20 May 2011.

Referring to the issue of renaming Indira Bhavan as Nazrul Islam Bhawan, another point of confrontation between the two allies, the West Bengal Chief Minister (CM) said, “There was a Nazrul Islam Academy at the ancestral house of the poet at Churulia in Burdwan district. The CPM turned it into a party office. If I set up a Nazrul research centre what is your problem,” making it clear that she would not budge from her stand on the issue.

“I want to set up a research centre there (at Indira Bhawan) for students of both India and Bangladesh where he had gone to spend his last days. Nazrul Islam was not the leader of a community but he was the leader of the nation. I am telling the CPM and its friend (Congress), you cannot stop development by resorting to road blockades. You have got everything, the sky, the road, the house, why don’t you leave some space to Nazrul Islam,’’ she said.

From here it is also clear that the Bengal CM wants to make this Nazrul Academy as a anti Indian Hub of some Bangladeshi Muslim intellectuals and Jamati students who are actually connected with the conspiracy of ethnic cleansing of Minority Hindus in Bangladesh.

This vulgar appeasement of Muslims in west Bengal in the name of minority development has created a gross dissatisfaction in the level of administration and bureaucrats in West Bengal including a part of the Hindu Trinmool leadership who are actually negated from their seniority and legitimate rights.

In recent ‘illegal hooking’ (electricity) episode in Nainan area (under Usthi Police Station) and the ‘illicit hooch’ (chullu) episode (under Mograhat Police Station) the decisions taken by West Bengal CM were totally in-discriminatory and anti-administration. The police and the local administration were in-dignified very lowly with some undue punishment to Hindu officials only to appease and satisfy Muslim people and the Muslim leaders at a time.

The police firing in the village of Nainan of Mograhat in South 24 Parganas District on 1st December, 2011 left two women and one child dead. All the victims were Muslim. Mamata declared Rs 2 lakh compensation to the family with possible job offer.

The “hooch tragedy” claimed around 163 lives. This incident happened on 14th December, with mainly rickshaw-pullers, hawkers and labourers falling ill suddenly after swallowing illicit liquor ‘hooch’ in Sangrampur area of South 24 Parganas District. Most of the victims were Muslim. The CM of West Bengal declared compensation of Rs 2 lakh (plus Rs.10 thousand for last rites) to each family without job offer. To take the advantage to alienate Muslim supports from opposition CPIM, the TMC leaders told even ‘CPM mixed poison’.

With these two incidents Mamtaz had to spend around another 5 crores with a sense that ‘illegal electricity hooking is legitimate rights of Bengali Muslims’ and the ‘Muslim hooch victims are considered as the martyr for the Nation’.

With the blessing of Mamtaz Banerjee ‘Madrasha’ was inserted in the name of ‘Aliya University’. Now it is ‘Aliya Madrasha University’. With the ardent initiation of this CM of ‘Paschim Banga’, the word ‘Muslim’ will be inserted in it very soon. Then it will be ‘Paschim Muslim Banga’.

Raj Khanna from Diamond Harbour || December 23rd 2011 - Under some obnoxious connections of Diamond Harbour local administration and the Islamist groups active in the locality, a hectic process of reconstruction of a bigger Mosque than before is going on in the very protection of the concerned Govt. authorities violating many civic laws and the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

As per available reports, a RTI activist and local leader of Hindu Samhati, a prominent Hindu Organization in some parts of West Bengal put an application before Sub-divisional Officer (SDO), Diamond Harbour to look into the matter for its right and justified disposal of the same.

As per Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, all the religious structures/shrines are to removed in a time frame for some reasons as held by the bench of Justice Dalveer Bhandari and Justice Mukundakam Sharma on 31st July 2009.

But, violating all the norms and the Order of the Supreme Court of India, the SDO Diamond Harbour has given the permission and helping the same to reconstruct a bigger Mosque in the premises of Diamond Harbour Criminal Court, with the help of some Muslim Group headed by one Raich Molla of Mandirbazar, South 24 Parganas. Sources said that this Raich Molla has an immense influence over the Diamond Harbour SDO and controls all the tenders etc. to see the interest of local Muslim businessmen and the unauthorized money market. Moreover, this Raich Molla has illegally occupied a portion of a land owned by a Hindu Religious Trust namely "GOPAL JUE TRUST" at Tirtha Kuthir, Hazi Building Para, Diamond Harbour.

This reporter has been able to capture the video footage before and after the demolition (for reconstruction purpose) of the impugned Mosque structure, from where it is evident that a bigger Mosque is going to be erected there with the help some mysterious Islamic funding to reconstruct the same very unlawfully. It has been alleged that a fund of Rs. 10 lac has been given as bribe to manage the permission of the illegal construction of the mosque and the mosque will be reconstructed with another Rs 5 lac from that mystery source. As a matter of fact the Islamic Groups involved with illegal money market are funding huge amount to construct or reconstruct or to renovate the Mosque all over South 24 Parganas (all over West Bengal also).

The RTI and Hindu activist, Sri Haran Chandra Mondal wanted to know from the authority that :

"(a) The actualsize and type of existing Mosque in question and the proposed reconstructedsize and type after reconstruction/renovation of the same.

(b) The name ofthe person and the authority who/that passed the relatedreconstruction/renovation plan of the Mosque in question.

(c) The cost ofestimated budget for the reconstruction/renovation plan of the Mosque inquestion and the source to meet the cost.

(d) Whether theSub Divisional Officer, Diamond Harbour has given any permission for thereconstruction/renovation work for the Mosque in written or verbally.

(e) Under whoseorder the Police contingents are guarding the illegal reconstruction/renovationwork for the Mosque in question. (Photo enclosed)."

As per Right to Information Act, 2005, the concerned authority is bound to give the available information within one month after submission of the application with due charges for the same.

It has been gathered that the President and Secretary of the Bar Association of Diamond Harbour Criminal Court, Mohammad Nurul Amin, Advocate and Sri Sudipta Chakroborty, Advocate, respectively are morally helping the Islamic group to erect a bigger Mosque under the Islamic dictum of Trinmool Congress party as they both holds position in the party to see the minority interest even at the cost of violation of rule of the land and the verdit of Hon'ble Supreme court of India.

Ankita Mandal, Hindu woman of 19 years, had a love affair with Salauddin Gazi, Muslim guy of 28 years, 4 years ago that resulted to marriage daring all religious differences but little did she know then that her life would come to an abrupt end and the assassin would be none other than her better half. This tragic incident took place at 7 pm, Monday, at Milanpalli, P.S. Sonarpur, suburban area of Kolkata, District: 24 Paraganas (South) and Salauddin, in accordance with police, is at large.

As stated by Ankita’s parents, there was no dearth of mental and physical tortures on Ankita by Salauddin and his other family members. Ankita, what is more, owing to excessive torturing used to come to her parents’ house at regular intervals but thanks to her parents’ efforts, she would return too.

Since torments of alcohol-dependent Salauddin crossed all limits at this time too, Ankita, as usual, left her husband’s residence in Chakberia, Sonarpur and came to her parents’ abode. Salauddin, to take her back to home, came to his in-law’s house on Monday, November 28, 2010, but Ankita was adamant to not to return anymore. Aditi, her younger daughter informed, the moment she went for the police station, Salauddin and Ankita entered into a bitter squabble and Ankita was thrashed inhumanly once more. Salauddin had a sharp knife within his apparel and with it he chopped up Ankita and fled.

Police has found a chopper, believed to be Salauddin’s murder weapon, from the area. On the word of Kankarprasad Barui, Additional Police Super – District: 24 Paraganas (South), hunting is going on to find Salauddin out. Two brothers of Salauddin, alleged to be accomplices, have been picked up.

Ankita Mandal, without doubt, has become latest epitome of victims of Love Jihad.

Thus ends an inter-religious marriage with the death of a Hindu girl. Love Jihad becomes the greatest victor.

The injury as a result of repeated sharp hitting by Noor Islam’s sword was so grave that Samar has been transferred to Calcutta Medical College and his condition is in the balance.

KAKINARA | WEST BENGAL, 26 NOV, 2011: The non satiated Love Jehadists are getting more violent in West Bengal. The Muslim Romeos are very much interested to use them against the consent of the Hindu girls and a result of that the angry Muslim guys mostly in disguised in the Hindu names are attacking the unwilling Hindu girls brutally with choppers, knives and some times the Hindu girls are the victims of Islamic gang rape. Now, a 17-year-old girl was stabbed at Kakinara, North 24-Parganas, this morning (26/11) by a youth when she resisted a molestation bid.

Police said that a resident of Kakinara Bazar, Ritu Sahu, who is a student of Class XII of Kakinara Arya Samaj High School, went to fetch water from a well at around 7.30 a.m. today. Shortly afterwards, a local youth, Chottu, tried to molest her after she spurned his marriage proposal. The incident led to an altercation between the girl and Chottu. Eyewitnesses told police that the jilted lover, who had a chopper with him, stabbed Ritu repeatedly during the altercation and managed to escape. Ritu started bleeding profusely. Local people rushed her to Bhatpara state general hospital where a senior doctor stated her condition to be critical. Ritu’s father, Mr Om Prakash Sahu, who is a retired schoolteacher, lodged a complaint with the police. The police have launched a raid to arrest the accused.

Local people alleged that criminal activities are on the rise in the area these days.

A Mafia like TMC Leader and MLA Arjun Singh of TMC can do nothing against a rapist Chottu Ismail.

The Big Boss of the area Mr. Arjun Singh, MLA from TMC rejected any increase of such planned violence of Islamic hooliganism upon the Hindu residence of the mixed areas, especially upon the Hindu teen-aged girls. But she was saved anyway after the culprits left her assumed as dead. But Sampa was taken to Naiyarhat Block Primary Health Center immediately and survived anyway. An FIR was lodged by the wretched Hindu family but now, it is proved that both the FIR and Medical Report have been twisted by the anti Hindu and Jihad propagators in TrinMool Congress Party, leading to execute an Islamic terror over the Hindus before snatching the Political Powers in coming Panchayet Election from the loosing Hindu grip as a Gift from ‘Mamta Didi’.

Though Police arrested the main culprit Halim Baidya (one of the four rapists), the other three are still untraceable and the case is being diluted in favour of Muslims by giving early bail for the main accused.

Actually, it is known for the cause of unchecked bleeding and sinking condition, Sampa was referred to Diamond Harbour Sub divisional Hospital for urgent and necessary treatment on that late night of the day of incident from Naiharhat Block Primary Health Centre, but she was discharged forcefully before the completion of treatment with a purported medical report mentioning no external and internal injury with a comment that Sampa is a suspected psychiatric patient and referred to any psychiatrist.

All these were done most unethically only to appease the Muslims in the Raghunathpur and Madhabpur locality under Hindu repercussion.

Actually, C. M Jatua, MP of the Mathurapur Loksabha Constituency, the Local MLAs like Jogranjan Halder (Kulpi AC), Jaydeb Halder (Mandirbazar), Dilip Jatua (Chairman, Mandir Bazar Panchayet Samity) all from Mamtaz Banerjee’s TMC are turned as puppets of the local Muslim operators.

Some fake anti-Jihadists in the net and some paper tigers in the Bengal Hindu Organizational scenario are frying their cakes in their own pans and Bengal Hindus are set on fire of a red hot Islamic Oven.

Ashoo Mongia National President, Rashtriye Goraksha Sena conveyed that Smt. Mamata Banerjee totally turned down the verdict of Hon'ble Calcutta High Court verdict on 2nd November 2011 banning complete cow slaughter in Bakrid day. The Supreme Court of India has also delivered its judgment banning cow slaughter in Bakrid day as it is not a mandatory religious activity under Islam. In the recent order of Calcutta High Court ordered all the Government officials and the local bodies to take strict steps to ban cow slaughter, cattle trading , cattle markets including movement of cattle or such trading meant for Qurbani (sacrifice) on Bakrid day on 7th November 2011.

But on 7th November 2011 lacs of cows and cattle were slaughtered outside the slaughter house unlawfully violating every norm in open air here and there. Before Bakrid day the cow / cattle markets, trading, transportation were conducted for Qurbani purpose without any resistance from police and administration. Even not a single advertisement was made public to spread the awareness for the verdict of Hon'ble Calcutta High Court given on 2nd November 2011. All these are very much evident to appease the minority and getting political benefits from the Muslim vote bank. This is nothing but gross violation and rape on Mr. J.N. Patel , Chief Justice Calcutta High Court and his Judicious order given by him so far, maintaining Indian Constitution, applicable law, justice and majority sentiments. It is also a cool headed murder of democracy by thrashing the Hindu sentiments very ruthlessly.

In various places like Durbarhat in Falta Police Station, Kariberia in Ramnagar Police Station (all in South 24 Parganas District), Dakshin Sankrail Kalitala, under Sankrail Police Station (Howrah District), Sishur-Suddhapara under Katwa Police Station (Burdwan District), Police & RAF traumatized the Hindu public under a severe torture under the instruction of Mamta Banerjee and TMC (Trinmool Congress) only to appease Muslims through illegal Cow Slaughter and only to violate the sentiments of Hindus, who tried to uphold the Hon'ble orders of Calcutta High Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

In this context Rashtriye Goraksha Sena will file suits and contempt against Mamata Banerjee, Chief Minister West Bengal and the officials who violated the said orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and Calcutta High Court in many ways. It has been also resolved by the Rashtriye Goraksha Sena that all efforts will be given from right now to stop illegal cow slaughter on Bakrid day on and from 2012.

Kolkata, 3rd Nov, 2011 || In a land mark judgment passed on 2nd November, 2011, by the decision bench headed by Chief Justice of Kolkata, Mr J. N. Patel and Mr. Ashim Kumar Roy (J), the Cow Slaughter on Bakri Idd and trading of Cattle for sacrifice in Cattle markets have been banned by the Hon'ble Calcutta High court directing that "the all Officials o the State and local bodies have no power to facilitate holding of markets for trading of cattle for sacrifice and also the movement of cattle for the said purpose on the occasion of Id-uz-Zoha festival to be celebrated on 7th, November, 2011."

The venerated Bench had upheld the decisions and orders of the Apex court and others in the identical matters in 1994, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2010 categorically directs the Chief Secretary of West Bengal : “ We, therefore direct the State Government through its Chief Secretary to see that such arrangement and/or markets in the State of West Bengal are not conducted for trading of cattle for sacrifice and which is otherwise not permitted under the West Bengal Animal Slaughter Control Act, 1950 and the Chief Secretary and all functionaries of the State and local bodies would strictly implement the order passed by this Court from time to time for effective and meaningful implementation of the said Act.” Even the Hon’ble Calcutta holds that “no such facilities can be provided for trading of cattle for sacrifice.”

On the merit of Order above of Calcutta High Court Order, Sri Ashoo Mongia, the chief of Rashtriye Goraksha Sena, (RGS), Pt. Yoges Shashtri of Arya Veer Dal and Some Go-Bhakta went to raid on 2-3^rd November night in Dumdum area (KOLKATA) to capture illegal cow transport in Kolkata. While they captured some cows and calves at that point, the Police let them take away by the butchers and transporters on the plea on non-availability of any such strict orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court banning Open Cow Slaughter out side slaughter house including cow trading for Qurbani (sacrifice) with illegal cow trading and cow transportation for illegal sacrifice. At the time of rude scuffles and altercation Ashoo Mongia and the other cow savers were attacked by the Muslim hoodlums with deadly weapons. Though rescued by the Police, the Police on duty helped the Muslim Transporters to take away the cows in to the illegal markets in Kolkata. These are the notorious activities of the Police against the Court verdicts. The Police and Administration are doing rape over the Constitution and the Courts. The Muslims leaders are saying that they have won the case to run Qurbani without any impediment. The Govt. of Mamata Banerjee is all responsible for these flouting of Laws. Government should make aware the real facts through advertisement. No Cow Slaughter or Cow market should be made on Bakri Idd in West Bengal as per High court order passed on 2nd Nov 2011.

The teams of Rashtriya Go Raksha Sena headed by Ashoo Mongia and Upananda Brahmachari and Bangiya Arya Pratinidhi Sabha headed by Anand Sharma and Yogesh Shastri met various authorities in Administrative and Police Departments for appealing them to take the cognizance in case of flouting the Court orders in any manner.

In the due course of discussion with Mr Javed Shamim, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Control), Kolkata, the Rashtriya Go Rkasha Sena appealed to make a joint team to raid the illegal cow transport and cow markets around Kolkata.

An Open Letter for Total Ban on Cow Slaughter in West Bengal and India.

Subject: An appeal to ensure the complete prohibition upon Cow Slaughter abiding by the existing rules and regulation in force in different states in India along with the strict direction of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Madam/Sir,

Under the laws enforced in this land with a wide view to natural justice to all creatures, honoring the Sanatani tradition of venerated Cow progeny even as non hittable (aghna), respecting the Cow as Go-Mata in highest esteem in the traditional scriptures, contemplating the importance of Cow progeny in Indian agriculture, health, medicines and economics based upon its blessings upon us and obviously to be humane by resisting the animal cruelty, most of the states have been formulated its own rules and acts in favor of banning Cow Slaughter even in Bakri Idd.
But, very unfortunately going to the utter contradiction to the above, in most of the cases Cow progeny are being slaughtered very cruelly in a disgusting gruesome way, sometimes with the help of local administration and politics, only to appease a minority section hurting the majority by violating all the norms so framed by the states very illegally, unreasonably and undemocratically. Though all the Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Buddhists, Arya Samajists and the Sanatani and Vedic followers want a total ban on cow slaughter in Bharat, as a matter of humiliation of all Bharat Dharma, the rampant cow slaughter is going on violating all the norms in force.
As an example, the state of West Bengal, now Paschimbanga had given permission in the last year to slaughter Cows in Bakri Idd under the section 12 of the WB Animal Slaughter Control Act 1950, very intrigue-fully going against the verdicts of Hon’ble Calcutta High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
It is a wide known fact that being aggrieved Sri Kedar Nath Brahmachari and 26 others filed a petition against the State of West Bengal and 20 others for which Hon’ble Calcutta High Court passed an order to ban cow slaughter even in Bakar Idd, vide 1982(2) Kokata, HN dated 20.8.1982.
The State of West Bengal filed an appeal in Supreme Court of India against the above order of Calcutta High Court vide CA 6790/1983 – State of West Bengal & Others. –vs– Ashutosh Lahiri & Others. for which the Hon’ble Supreme Court maintained the order of Calcutta High court to prohibit the Cow slaughter in Bakri Idd as such slaughters being unconstitutional and directed the State to take measures to stop such illegalities.
Despite of that in West Bengal and other States at least 30 lakhs (5 lakhs in West Bengal) healthy, milky, cultivating and capable Cow progeny are slaughtered very unfortunately within a political nexus of Chairman, Sabhapati of Panchayet Samity and the official authorities in various departments.
As aggrieved by the gross violation of the Slaughter Control Act enforced in different States time and again and felt detrimental to the majority Hindu sentiment in general, various forums filled many petitions in the designated Courts for getting justice to stop cruelty upon animal and especially mentionable the petitions filed in the Honb’le Calcutta High Court by Akhil Bharat Krishi Go Seva Sangha, Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, Sri K K Singhania, Sri Abhijit Das & Enamul Haque and others.
It is also mentionable that the esteemed Islamic Institution “Darul-Uloon-Deoband” also declared a Fatwa describing not mandatory to slaughter cows in Bakri Idd and requested not to do such accordingly. The extract of the Fatwa can be obtained from the news published in Dainik Jagran dt. 13.06.2006.
But unfortunately, the chain of illegal slaughter is in vehemently increasing, killing healthy, capable and milking cows, while the children of the poor families are dying do to malnutrition and don’t get a single drop of cow milk in this land of “Gopal”. As per report of the UNICEF entitling “World Children Status Report-2008”, every day 5000 children are dying in India due to malnutrition.
It is well established that the Cow progeny is the foundation of our agriculture, health, conventional & renewable energy source and the all round development of this Sanatani Land with a highest veneration to Go Mata and Go Palak (Cow Savers). And butchering these very calm and pretty animals hitting the religious sentiments of Hindus must attract the provisions of Section 153 and 295 of Indian Penal Court.
Again, a Seven Judges Bench in the Honb’le Supreme Court of India gave the verdict in CA No.4937-4940 of 1998 being the case of State of Gujrat & Others Vs. Mirajapur Moti Kureshi Kasab & Others. [2005/ SCCL.Com-735] propounding the importance of Oxen over the age of sixteen years for their utility in case of agricultural manure and recycling energy production from its dung and urine and consequently prohibited oxen slaughter even over 16 years of age of it.
Cow slaughter is completely prohibited without any discrimination of age or condition in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chattishgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Gujarat etc., but the total prohibition of Holy Cow progeny in the length and breadth of this Holy Land is still awaited within a suitable Constitutional amendment. On the other hand the violation of existing slaughter prohibitory rules and regulations are inciting the Hindu sentiments by some communal elements finding the loop holes of the police and administrations by the way including Cow trade in illegal Go-hat/Cow-mandi.

In this context, these are our earnest requests to the effect that:

A. Please maintain and give full protection to the Prohibitory Acts on Cow Slaughter on Bakri Idd this year on 7^th November, 2011 and to extend full cooperation and security to all forums to restrain these illegal slaughters in their activities to help the police and administration on spot of occurrence of illegal slaughters in every state, especially in West Bengal.

B. Please form a task force in each level comprising Govt. officials and the related NGOs to restrain illegal cow slaughter in every place, especially in West Bengal. Please stop all Cow markets set up for Bakri Idd and ban interstate import-export of cow progeny for slaughter as a mandatory measure including prohibition of cow markets meant for cow slaughter.

C. Please apply the provisions of National Security Act (NSA) against the perpetrators for the violation of Animal slaughter Control Acts.

D. Please set a high strategy team for banning all type of Cow progeny slaughter under illegality and to monitor the prohibition and utilization through videography in surface and even through helicopter in the disturbed area due to cow slaughter.

E. Please start legal proceedings against BDO (Block Development Officer) and the Officer-In-Charge of the Police Station of the respective Block and the police station where the cases of illegal cow slaughter may occur violating the existing rules and regulations.

F. Please construct the Cow Rehabilitation Center in each district to maintain the rescued Cows and Oxen from illegal slaughter with a coordination of the various “Gosewa Goraksha Sangathan” (Cow Rehabilitation & Protection Organizations) for a sustainable development of Indian agriculture, health, economy, energy, traditional medicines and ecology.

"["Kulpi, Oct. 24: Around 1,000 villagers allegedly led by Trinamul Congress activists ransacked a police station in South 24-Parganas this morning and assaulted the personnel and their wives after the arrest of three party supporters.

At least six personnel of Kulpi police station suffered injuries in the attack.

Local CPM leaders alleged that Trinamul activists attacked the police station to protest the arrests of three party supporters who had “robbed the house of a Left leader” in Gomukh village on Saturday.

“The trio took away jewellery and Rs 1 lakh in cash from Lalmohan Sardar’s house. Sardar has good organisational skills and Trinamul has been creating all sorts of problems for him. The robbery is part of a conspiracy hatched by Trinamul,” said Shakuntala Paik, a CPM district committee member.

Trinamul denied the charge and said “anti-socials” had attacked the police station. Local party MLA Jogaranjan Haldar said: “The CPM is blaming us because it has lost ground in the area. Our men were not involved in the attack.”

Sources said tension had been brewing in Gomukh, which is part of the Kulpi Assembly constituency, since Trinamul snatched the seat from the CPM in the polls this year.

At 9am, around 1,000 villagers armed with bamboo sticks and bricks descended on the police station. “One group of attackers damaged a dozen police vehicles and seven motorcycles. Several others entered the police station and ransacked it. They broke furniture and windowpanes and tore files,” an officer said.

“The attackers barged into the staff quarters behind the police station and assaulted some of the women,” the officer added.

The wife of another officer said: “Some of the attackers pulled us by our hands. We ran to the roof and locked the door to the terrace,” she said.

Some of the attackers blocked the Diamond Harbour Road nearby. The rampage continued for an hour before reinforcements came.

The police resorted to a lathicharge and burst tear-gas shells to disperse the mob.

When there is lack of resistance, demonism reigns supreme and what has Kulpi, Diamond Harbour, District -24 Parganas (South) witnessed on October 24, 2011 is the ugliest expression of Islamic fundamentalism known in its environs hitherto. Taking cue from an untoward incident having involvement of an armed gang of Islamic felons daring to invade the Hindu village of Jeliabati, P.S. Kulpi, Dist. 24 Paraganas (South) on October 23, 2011 at dead night to harm Hindu households, its womenfolk in particular, resulting into seizure of three of them red-handed and death of two Muslim criminals and sinking condition of the third one (at the moment in the government hospital nearby) following a public outrage, no less than 30, 000 Muslims, if not more, ran amok in the area of Kulpi, ransacking local BDO (Block Development Office) and Kulpi police station from the early morning today.

As fresh reports are coming in, both government offices have been pillaged and also burnt to a large extent. Hindu shops in the affected area have not been able to escape the fate too; arson or incendiarism has affected them also largely. As stated by scared police personnel in the ill-fated area, no stone was left unturned to harass the entire police force stationed in the area and telephone connections were also severed to make this onrush perfect. It is worthwhile to mention, NH (National Highway) 117 was also blocked for hours (during operation) by the Muslim crooks flaunting deadly weapons.

What has led to this onslaught all of a sudden? This question appears to any sane individual (naturally) at the outset. For everyone’s knowledge, it must be stated, that the aforesaid villages along with other Hindu-dominated villages of Uttar Narayanpur and Gomukhberia, P.S. Kulpi (as well), have been remaining prime targets of Islamic fundamentalist approaches for months. Above all, it is becoming difficult for Hindu women, of any age, in these areas, turning into subjects of Islamic lewdness more and more, to live here with dignity. Only a few days back, a similar incident broke out in Gomukhberia, leading to a strong outcry among Hindus in the environs. It is being assumed the attack on October 23, 2011 at dead night was premeditated, to avenge the earlier defeat.

Route march of RAF is in full swing at the moment to rein in any disturbance and restore normalcy.

It was not a mere a political tension or rift that caused such a violent action against Kulpi PS (Telegraph), nor the two Muslim criminals died and 30000 Muslims attacked the Kulpi PS (Hindu Samhati).

But it rests with the truth that the Muslim operators have been grossly switched over from the CPIM to the present TMC and trying to run a parallel administration under the dictum of local Muslim leaders disobeying even the political affiliation of TMC or the Govt administration.

It is true that the House owner Lalmohan Sardar is a renowned political leader of CPIM with a Hindu identity in the area and the three captured Muslim dacoits came to rob into Sarders' house have close relations with the local TMC leaders.

As a matter of fact the area of Gumukhberia has a little bit resistance to deter the Islamic hooliganism seldom comes from Ramnagar-Gazipur area upon the Hindu locals time and again. In the almost all cases in past months Hindus of this area vehemently resisted the Islamic attacks inspired and supported by the TMC. And sometimes the Hindus clustered to fight against the Muslims with a red banner.

Some 7000 public attacked the Kulpi Police station and nearby came from Kanderpur, Ramnagar-Gazipur, Kanchanipara, Heliagachi, Berandari, Ramjan Nagar etc. were cent percent Muslims and attacked Kulpi Police Station in a very Jihadi Manner with "Naraye Takbir -Allaho Akbar" shouting.

If it is not a communal thing or a planned move to run a riot, then what is this? Obviously Paschimbanga is going to an Islamic hell run by the fanatic Talibans. CPIM helped them before and TMC is now helping them accordingly.

In the morning English news papers on the day of 8th October 2011 from Kolkata or in the national dailies, there were nothing dangerous just happened in west Bengal now Paschimbanga on the very day of Bijoya Dashami in connection with its sovereignty, integrity, security or demography of our motherland.

The cultural stooges of Bengal and the influenced others in the media naturally drunked up to the lip in the festivity of Dashmi (BIJOYA DASHAMI in BENGAL) and were busy to write the routine stories and grooved into the hangover and were blind to see that overnight the state of West Bengal is boomed with an extra population of 50000 + all on a sudden.

The media friends were on the spot of Taki and were busy to emphasize upon the absurd reunification of Bengal on a part. Hence wrote : Here,on the waters of Ichamati, borders melt and political differences fade intooblivion along with the idols of Durga that are immersed to chants of 'Aschhebochhor abar hobe'.

The immersions at Taki - which draw shutterbugs from the world over - bring people from India and Bangladesh in a unique bond. On Thursday, hundreds of boats, trawlers and launches sailed from either country, lazily drifting towards the opposite shores of the Ichhamati. Boats flying theIndian Tricolour sailed with those sporting the Bangladeshi flag. Groups of youths, elderly men, women and children celebrated with gusto, jumping in their boats, and hurling themselves into the knee-deep mud on the shores. It gave an opportunity for many Bangladeshis to take a quick tour of Taki town......

Abdul Kader (15) buys two and half kilos of Kashmiri apple for his Bangladeshi friend Khalil from Taki market. On the other hand there was a tragedy too, as a Jadavpur university scholar and some other were drowned in the Ichamoti river through a mishap who also went there to witness the occasion.

But under an International Conspiracy these media persons are totally suppressed the dangerous invasion of more than 50000 illegal Bangladeshi (mostly Muslims) who forcefully entered into India from Bangladesh in the name of participating 'joint immersion ceremony' but did not returned yet.

The intruders came safely with their touts and someway
with an adjustment of BSF and BDR, shamefully.

The most popular Bengali News paper "Anadabazar Patrika"(ABP) wrote on 8th Oct that "Plunder and Molestation in the crowd, Alleged infiltration : Police & BSF are accused for Chaos in the Taki immersion". Under this headlines ABP pointed out the huge infiltration in the bordering dist of North 24 Pgs on that Immersion occasion which caused a mess on the spot including vending of illicit liquors, gambling, rampant loot, huge scuffles and a total dislocation of local administration as the Bangladeshi intruders overpowered the situations.

Mumbai blast suspect held in Bengal

BEHRAMPORE: National Investigation Agency sleuths have arrested a man from Suti in Murshidabad district of West Bengal for allegedly supplying explosive-grade ammonium nitrate to the July 13 Mumbai serial blasts bombers.

The local police had no clue to the operation until two NIA officers arrested Jiarat Sheikh from his village and produced him in court for transit remand.

A Jangipur court granted the NIA a three-day transit remand to take Jiarat to Delhi for interrogation.

Jiarat, in his early 30s, believed all long that he was dealing with two terror operatives, who would buy explosives in bulk. The NIA sleuths arrived in Murshidabad a few days ago, following a lead given by a suspect arrested earlier for the blasts that killed 26 people.

On Wednesday, they reached Notun Chandra village in Suti police station area and passed the word that they were looking for ammonium nitrate. They were told to contact Jiarat, who has "experience in such matters". Jiarat was only too eager to show them some "high quality" samples. Happy to have got such customers who promised to pay just about anything for the right stuff, Jiarat reappeared on Thursday with explosives-grade ammonium nitrate and was handcuffed.

"We were not aware of the operation in Suti on Wednesday. We learnt of the arrest only after Jiarat was produced in court on Thursday. That is also when we came to know of the charges against him," said Ananda Roy, Jangipur SDPO.

According to one of the NIA sleuths, Jiarat and the location of Notun Chandra village matched the descriptions given by the suspect already in custody. Villagers said they were aware that Jiarat supplied bomb-making material to local goons, but they had never suspected that he was involved with terrorists. The police said Jiarat was arrested three years ago for supplying raw material to bomb makers but was released after three months for lack of evidence.

"Once it is established that Jiarat supplied explosives to the Mumbai bombers, we shall try to find out if he supplied ammonium nitrate to those involved in terror strikes in the past as well. He must have had other contacts, or else how would terror outfits get to know his location in this remote part of the state," an NIA officer asked.

As a part of nationwide crackdown on suspected terrorists, two persons were arrested in Bihar's Kishanganj district late on Saturday in connection with 13/7 serial blasts in Mumbai. The main suspect has been identified as Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami (HuJI) operative. This HuJI pin Mohammad Riyazul Sarkar, is said to be a resident of South Dinajpur, West Bengal.

Arrested Riyazul Sarkar was a resident of village Malancha under Tapan Police Station in the District of South Dinajpur, as the local report delineates. In 2002, the family of Riyazul came to Nakarh village under Gangarampur to change the life of utter poverty caused by early demise of Riyaz’s father. Though some papers and media mistakenly reports that Riyazul is a resident of North Dinajpur, the bytes of channels and some residents of Kishanganj authenticated the arrest of Riyazul of Nakarh village by the special investigative team of police.

Riyazul has an education of primary level and he went to Mumbai five years ago for searching a job there. After that he was not a closer to anybody and his new friends were also so mysterious. Sometimes he used to go beyond the border of West Bengal to reach Bangladesh for some unknown causes.

Mr. Swarup Banerjee Purnapatra, Superintend of Police, D Dinajpur told the media that he has no specific information about Riyazul Sarkar in any case of terror involvement or whether had any Riyazul in Uttar Dinajpur as such.

But, now in another district of North Bengal, Darjeeling is put under a high alert as three suspected HuJI and Lashkar militants entered into West Bengal and sheltered underground near Siliguri, as the reports came in. Sources told that two of the Islamists are connected with HuJI and the third is an operative of Lashkar-e-Toiba. After the 13/7 triple blast at Mumbai, the Islamic militants are trying to hide in the sleeper cells of their operatives as their security reason and Islamist always prefer West Bengal as a safe zone for the Islamic outfits for a long time, before they attacked American centre in Kolkata in 2002.

It is believed those militants, Habib Khan and Golam Khan came from Coomilla, Bangladesh and the other Saukat Hossian is a Kashmiri. On 19^th police captured one from Howrah Station and he is being interrogated to have some clue from him. The Intelligence Deptt alerted the matter through Home Deptt for tackling any situation of apprehended big attack in West Bengal.

As the missing suspects in 13/7, Abdullha is a kith and kin of Amir Reza of Mafidul Islam Lane, Kolkata, as bytes bite and the situation of pressure to crackdown the terror links in West Bengal, the police has been alerted in the northern border districts very tactfully including the other parts of West Bengal.

Ranveer Kumar, IG, North Bengal, asserted that the security check has been doubled very seriously after 13/7 in every places of Siliguri including New Jalpaiguri Rly station, Tensing Norgay Bus stand, shopping malls, crowded areas and Indian Oil Depots areas. Nobody in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Ahamedabad are in peace as these main cities in India are under the scanner of Islamic Jihadists. CBI has requested the Interpol to issue a red corner alert in this stake.

The arrested militant Haroon Sk., captured by Special Task Force of Kolkata Police from Howrah Rly Station on 19^th, is primarily connected with Indian Mujaheedin He was captured by the information as given by another arrested suspect from Beniapukur Lane. This person of Beniapukur was arrested on the basis of the pictures drawn by the police detectives upon clues derived from key suspects of 13/7 Mumbai blasts, Riyazul @ Akash & Mehatab (HuJI) now arrested from Kishangunj in Bihar and Danish Sheikh (IM) from Baroda in Gujrat. But all of them have some certain connection with Kolkata, the safest place of the Islamic terrorist in West Bengal, Eastern India or may be the safest in India.

In this connection the ISI and DGFI have more excellently (though heinous) put the challenge before their Indian counterpart RAW, NIA, CBI or others. The challenge is now unbearable to the public.

In the last 34 years of Left Front regime, this bed of Islamic Expansionism was nurtured in the soil of West Bengal. Now Bengali Hindus are facing a provocative Islamic autocracy in the "Changed" hands of present Trinmool Congress-Congress regime. The Maharashtra Anti-Terror Squad (ATS), with the help of West Bengal Police, arrested Haroon Taukir -- one of the suspects inJuly 13 Mumbai serial blasts -- in Kolkata on Tuesday night.

Haroon was allegedly in contact with suspected Indian Mujahideen operative Danish Riaz, who was arrested from Ahmedabad last month.

Twenty people were killed and several others injured in the triple blasts in Mumbai earlier this month. The police were looking for other suspects.

His arrest throws light on the problem of illegal migrants and how they pose a security threat to the country. Vicky Nanjappa reports.

After the probe in the triple blasts in Mumbai started all eyes are on Kishanganj, a district in Bihar, from where Riazul Sarkar alias Akash Khan, was arrested on Saturday night. There is so far no clue of Sarkar's involvement in blasts and investigating agencies are still trying to ascertain whether he is a terrorist or just an illegal immigrant.

However, this case brings to fore the issue of illegal migrants, which is termed as a potential security risk to the country. Recent estimate suggests that nearly 20 million illegal migrants from Bangladesh have settled in the country. They have fanned out across India, but a majority of them are seeking refuge in West Bengal and Bihar.

Intelligence Bureau reports most migrants come in search of jobs and end up working as construction labourers or maids in various parts of the country. There is no proper record on their movement, which makes the task of the investigating agencies tougher.

Kishenganj has today turned into a hub for such migrants. There are many men and women, who have found employment in and around Bihar and some have moved to Delhi. Their movement is controlled by touts, who also get a cut from their income, and they help these migrants send money back home to Bangladesh. The transaction of money along the borders is also handled by the touts.

It has been reported that the migrants residing in Kishenganj have been give ration cards and well as voter IDs. Giving them a permanent status makes it difficult of security agencies to zero in on them.

Many migrants indulge in petty crimes; some even get involved in terror activities. They do not plan or execute acts, but work as foot soldiers.

Pakistan's Inter-Services have been quick to rope in migrants taking advantage of their poor monetary conditions. They are often used for illegal gun trade or for supply for counterfeit currency. Some are also used to plant bombs during terror attacks.

What works to the advantage of terrorists is the fact that there is no record of illegal migrants and hence they can easily give a slip to investigators. However, this is no new trend. Investigation points that migrants may have been used in the 2007 Hyderabad twin blasts. "Terrorists often pick up migrants and ask them to 'place a packet' containing explosives at the target. Not aware of what the parcel contains, the migrants 'run the errand' for a mere Rs 1,000 at times," say sources.

It is Sarkar's arrest that has drawn the attention of the investigators to the threat of illegal migrants, who double up as foot soldiers. Some of them have been living in Kishengunj for 20 years and over the years their population is booming.

Police sources say that Bangladeshis often slip in and out of the country by paying the touts, who are in connivance with security forces at the border, a mere Rs 500. After carrying out a blast, they go back to their country never to return. Many have come to Kishengunj from West Bengal, which is a two-hour drive from the district.

An IB report on this issue states the number of illegal migrants from Bangladesh is on rise and most of them can be traced to West Bengal.

The report also adds that secret service officials from both Pakistan and Bangladesh have found to be working undercover in Bengal. Moreover, recruiters set up terror modules in the belts of Bihar, West Bengal, Tripura and Assam.

Experts point out that this issue needs to be tackled diplomatically. But to start with India needs a better database of people entering the country. Security agencies need to ensure that migrants are not given voting rights. Border security remains the key issue as such infiltration remains unabated because of low-raking officers posted on the border.

reproved to be a peace-killer once again. The memory of 26/11 has not even been rotten and now again we are forced to face a fresh 13/7. 13/7 is a nice combination of two numbers, one unlucky and other lucky.

This is not just a coincidence of numerology but significantly it speaks a lot. The Islamists are lucky and even the Hindus are unlucky.

Though the Triple blasts made at Zaveri market, Dadar and Opera House at Charni Road, the sleeper cell of IM was proactive and waiting for some good Jihadi news from Mumbai, the most proffered killing fields of Hindus by Islamists. Mumbai and Kolkata are connected again, as it is suspected by the investigative agencies. Reports came as it is, as it was.

This time again Kolkata and other eastern bases of the Islamists have been proved to be the safest haven for the Muslim culprits. During 26/11 communicational preparedness was carried out by Hussain Ur Rehman who was based at Metiabruz of Kolkata. He purchased 7 sim cards from Tiljala, Beniapukur and Maheshtala of Kolkata under direction of Yahya Mujahid, chief of HUJI sleeper cell based at Dhaka. Now the same Beniapukur area has gave birth to another tyrant, Shaikh Abdulla. He hails from the Mafidur Islam Lane in the locality. He is the right hand of Amir Reza Khan, the don based on Karachi who looks after the missions conducted by Indian Mujahideen from Pakistan. He has been promoted as its supremo. The Maharashtra ATS has asked details about two more operatives from Kolkata STF. Reportedly this man along with 14 terrorists had moved to Mumbai by train to carry out the strikes. To find these missing links the Mumbai crime branch has also asked the Kolkata STF the passenger lists for last 7 days prior to strike. The routes consists Kolkata to Mumbai and Kolkata to Kanpur.

It is noteworthy that two cadres of Indian Mujahideens were arrested from Mumbai just before a couple of days of strike. The two men revealed the names of two suspected terrorists based in Ranchi who are also attached to SIMI.

What we need to focus is that, we have been habitual to listen from all the surroundings that west Bengal is the only state where co existence with peace happens, after all Muslims are never stricken but yes, irrelevant how Hindus are attacked. West Bengal based Jihadists have been forefront when mission of Allah is to be conducted. West Bengal is standing on the Syntax. There is peace because Hindus have been forced by its governments not to retaliate against Jihadi activities.

There are several places in Kolkata where Afghan, Pashtun, Pakistani communal with no documents are openly cheering. In fact it’s not just limited to Kolkata, but too in Asansol, Akra, Ajimgunj and many other places in West Bengal including the neighboring states.

Dhanbad’s Waseypur is called “mini Pakistan”. Asansol locates several places whose demography is rapidly observing changes very drastically. I can shortlist a few, where illegal Pakistani and Afghan infiltrators live freely and only an investigation can easily figure out their deadly missions.

The migration of Hindus has been caused by severe abduction of Hindu women, regular killing of Hindu males. The concerned police stations record several unsolved cases which number even up to century.

It’s quite true that the TMC brand change is positive towards Muslims and negative towards Hindus. And now again the culprits are only expected to go 'scot free'. No action against the jihadists will be taken in TMC regime too strangely on the line of CPM. What else made Kolkata STF ACP Soumen Mitra to maintain silence and deny answering the media questionnaire when Mumbai police was speaking free? Is it the political pressure? Is it that the police and TMC will go on some deal to go soft on the Jihadists? That the police never wanted to come the deeds by those Beniapukur Muslims out of Pandora’s Box? MUMBAI||TNN | Jul 14, 2011, 02.35am IST||: No other city in the world has been the tragic target of as many serial terror attacks and bombings as Mumbai, which went through the agony in 1993, 2002, 2003, 2006, 2008 and now July 13, 2011. On Wednesday evening, three serial bomb blasts in the span of ten minutes ripped through three of the busiest hubs in the city—Zaveri Bazar, Opera House and Dadar—at rush hour, killing 17 people and injuring 131.

Kolkata intellectuals lambast fresh bid to have pro-Islamic constitution in Bangladesh

Endeavor of reigning Awami League-led Government in Bangladesh to retain “Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim” and Islam as State Religion through fresh amendment of Constitution, squashing hopes of secularists and Hindu minorities there of apposite restoration of Secular Constitution of 1972, and its feeble exculpation that some ‘realities’ forced it to do so leading to strong dissents there has touched the shores of Kolkata too and depiction of the same was witnessed in the recent press conference held at Kolkata Press Club under aegis of CAAMB (Campaign Against Atrocities on Minorities in Bangladesh), Kolkata-based human rights organization well-known for its struggles against minority persecution in Bangladesh, on 08/07/11.

It can certainly be said that this approach of Awami League Government has not only delighted and strengthened Islamic fundamentalists in Bangladesh but has terrified minority groups– on the way to oblivion, once more also.

Speaking in the meeting Sri Ratneswar Sarkar stated apparently how the two-nation theory, propounded by MA Jinnah and Muslim League during the last days of British Empire, led to atrocities, anguishes and State-sponsored Hindu persecution in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh). He also congratulated organizers of the conference to be vocal against the latest nefarious design of amending the Constitution in Bangladesh, stimulating hard-liners there only, and put forward that Bangladesh must forsake this novel bid once and for all.

Sri Bimal Pramanik, at the inception of his speaking, made it clear that Sheikh Hasina, reigning Prime Minister of Bangladesh, had no role in the Liberation War of Bangladesh. As per him, despite making glorious sacrifices for the cause of Bangladesh, including in its war of Liberation from Pakistan, Hindus have virtually no position in the nation. He also stated that amendments of constitution and of Enemy Property Act on the anvil were flag bearers of worst.

Dr. Ratan Khasnabis stated without reservation that Bangladesh had gone through a Pakistan-like situation for decades. In accordance with him, no nation can develop if not it admits all of its citizens devoid of discrimination. He also made it clear if Bangladesh degenerates more, a substantial portion of its citizens will lose faith on the nation. Bimal Pramanik (Director, Centre for Research in Indo Bangla Relations) described the Islamic amendments brought by General Zia and General Ershad. He said Selikh Hasina lacks the spirit of liberation war and this is a betrayal to the all the secular and religious minorities. People voted her to bring back 72 constitution. Prof Ratan Kahasnobis (Economist, Calcutta University) expressed his concern about the developments in Bangladesh and feels this is also a danger for the secular Muslims there. Poet Kalikrishna Guha appealed to the conscience of Bangladesh to rise above fundamentalism. Subir Bhowmik, well known journalist, narrated his experiences with Bangladesh media and others. He was present in Dhaka seminar where about fifty organisations gathered to demand the restoration of 1972 constitution accepted under Selikh Mujibur Rahaman’s government. Though the issue of motivated and uncontrolled birth rate in the Muslim population under the instigation of the fundamental Islamic clerics in the subcontinent, West Bengal popes up with a massive Muslim birth rate in the border districts for which the so called secular media persons now feel a unavoidable concern for all.

“Sangbad Protidin” a leading Bengali daily in West Bengal covered this burning news on its 18th June 2011 issue under the caption: 14 children of a Mother, Population Blast in the Border, Administration Worried.

Whenever the journalists in the Hindu folds want to highlight the matter of huge increase of Muslim population through a motivated birth rate so provoked by the Fundamentalist Muslim clerics and the unchecked Muslim infiltration from Bangladesh to India, along with the vast border line of West Bengal, the whole matter is branded as a communal one. The political parties in West Bengal never oppose the issue of rejection of birth control by the Muslim community or the easy access of Bangladeshi infiltrators into native Muslims in West Bengal for the easy gain through Muslim vote bank politics.

Protindin, a news paper now with the ruling party, depicts a dangerous threat of outburst of Muslim population in more than 100 villages in Islampur block in Uttar Dinajpur district in West Bengal – Bangladesh border. The areas of Agdimati, Khanti, Bamlagaon, Sujali and Govindapur near Islampur is overburdened with the families with 14/15 children or more in a family or for a single mother. Uttar Dinajpur is a Muslim majority district in west Bengal with more than 3000 Mosques and Madrashas, from where the teaching of “birth Jihad” always imparted to stay in a clear majority of Muslims in the world. The minority Hindus bears an inexplicable situation of extinction and put under the Birth Control propaganda by the Govt. The Govt. in the Family Welfare sector has totally unsuccessful to get any breakthrough in the teaching of Islam for “No Control over the Third hand of Allah between the two legs of every Muslim Man”.

The census workers of these areas face a great trouble, when the parents or the guardians of the family do not convey the names of their children and the age properly as they sometime reside in different premises with the many wives of a Husband separately or arranged. These children are mostly dropout in schools and capture the line of smuggling, drug trafficking and other anti-social activities.

In Khunti area of Islampur block one Safirunnesh (35) has 14 children on her own. Pregnant Julekah (28) has 6 children with unfortunate two earlier cases of still born babies. This is a very common picture in all around the areas of borderline Uttar Dinajpur districts, where the up growing uncontrollable Muslim population is a threat to the local administration for many reasons.

The “small family-happy family”… “choto parivar-sukhi parivar” is a meaningless slogan to the Bengali Muslims in Uttar Dinajpur or in the whole of West Bengal. Muslims consider more numbers in the family is the means to earn and the strength to fight against non-Muslims to overpower the opponents. Though, Mr. Partho Ghosh, Sub Divisional Officer of Islampur communicated some plan to take over the situation, the Govt. employees in Health, ICDS or Panchayet Department always fear to run vasectomy, tubectomy or Pulse Polio programmes in the Muslim areas irrespective their strength of majority or minority.

However, this is not the singularized picture of North Dinajpur, Malda or Murshidabad (three Muslim majority districts in West Bengal), the whole of Muslim prospective mothers in West Bengal are in the process of rigorous wombing (population bombing) by their crazy husbands under the Quranic dictum.. “Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate) so go to your tilth as ye will” Q 2.223. This is the message of Islamic Globalization @ Pan Islamism for us.

Court convicted four Muslims for 12 years as the house wife was murdered by torching with kerosene.

A designated fast track Court at Uluberia in Howrah Dist, West Bengal, today pronounced 12 years imprisonment along with a fine of another three thousand rupees each for a ghastly murder of a House wife named Maududa Begum (25y) by her husband Mustakin, Mother-in-law Zubeda Begum, Sister-in-law Pakeeza Begum and Brother-in-law Sheikh Azizul, so far attempted on 29th February, 2008.

In a packed court room, Justice Ashim Kumar Das put a provision of extension of three months imprisonment, if the fines are not appropriated. The near relations of murdered Maududa have expressed their satisfaction for the justice so delivered.

A terrible Mustakin Sheikh married Maududa as his third wife on 26th August 2007 at Tehatt-Basudevpur in Howrah. The earlier two wives escaped from Mustakin due to his severe torture. It was not known the parents of Maududa, a resident of Chengail near Uluberia.

The marriage of Mustakin and Maududa was arranged with a dowry of Rupees 50000 in cash and gold about 55 gms.

But, within three months the family of Mustakin claimed other One Lakh rupees from Maududa's family. As Maududa's family was not in a position to provide the amount, Mustakin started beaten up Maududa regularly with other family members including sexual harassment. Apprehending no chance to get further money from Maududa's family, on 29th February, 2008 at broad day light the accused persons poured kerosene to Maududa and Mustakin himself fired Maududa with his match box.

A failure neighbor of Maududa sent her Uluberia sub-division hospital, from where she was referred to Kolkata SSKM Hospital. On 4th March 2008, Maududa succumbed a tragic death being hurt by more than 90% burn injury.

Next day, Mohammed Ali Sana, the bereaved father of Maududa lodged a FIR in the local police station.

BANGALORE: A 22-year-old woman from Delhi succumbed to her injuries and her fiance miraculously escaped with minor injuries after their autorickshaw was knocked down by a speeding BMTC bus in Yeshwantpur on Sunday night.

The deceased, identified as Poonam Rajput, and her fiance, Rasheed, had eloped from Dehli and stayed in Yeshwantpur for four months. They were heading towards a shopping mall in Malleswaram when the accident took place near Yeshwantpur 9th cross.

Investigating officials said Rasheed fled the scene with the victim's jewels soon after she was taken to a nearby private hospital.

However, the other Poonam and Purnima, Neha and Sarita or the Shilpi or Savitri never deeply think the tragedies of the Maududa or Poonam. The daring evils in that society and the jitters in the Love Jehad only invite a tragic end of every dream, when the truth of Islam is unveiled to them.

The newly elected West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee (read Mamtaz Banoo Arjee) has said the state government has decided to give recognition to over 10,000 unrecognized Madrasas in the state.

"We have decided to recognize over 10,000 hitherto unrecognized Madrasas in the state," the chief minister told reporters at the state secretariat. She said that the Madrasas, once recognized, would be eligible to receive central grants under various schemes.

The new state government has already decided to rename the Aliah University as Aliah Madrasa University.

It is a Red Alert for all the Hindus of West Bengal. Because All India Trinamul Congress (AITC) is going to approve or to give easy recognition to these 10,000 Terrorist Manufacturing Industries (Read Madrasa) as soon as possible. By the new declaration of Mamtaz Banoo Arjee (Read Mamata Banerjee) the Islamist in West Bengal will get a tremendous impetus to establish Madrasas here and there. The recognition of which are not any impending thing anymore. Again an asthana of Baba Fakirananda and a small Hindu Temple of Bajrangbali (Bagrangbali Ashram) have been smashed by the Muslim hooligans for capturing the temple land in the Durgapur area of Burdwan Districts. Danik Jagaran reported in its Asansole edition on 23rd May, 2011 that a group of 15-20 Musalman Mastan (hooligans) came to attack the Ashram place on 21st Saturday night after an altercation with some locale, may be as a plotting for the night attack. The priest of that Bajrangbali temple, Baba Fakirananda and Sadhvi Anima were assaulted, abused and the pictures of the Hindu deities were torn and the murthies (idols) of Bajragvali and Lord Shiva were desecrated and destroyed by the Muslim attackers with a least resistance of 2-3 inmates of the Devastthan. The Muslim culprits severely injured one Bhola, a resident and sympathizer of the Ashram, who came to protest against the temple attack by the outsiders. This Hanuman Temple and akhara of Baba Fakirananda has become a place of Puja-Path ( Hindu Rituals) by the local Hindus remarkably with due veneration .

As per report, a complaint was lodged by the ashramites in the Kokoben Police Station in the Benachiti area of Durgapur Municipal Corporation. Though demanded a hasty arrest of the perpetrators, no justice could be possible in favor of the aggrieved Hindus and against the Muslim perpetrators as this areas come under the whip of Trinamool leader and MLA MD. Maloy Ghatak, who is adorned as the Law Ministry of West Bengal presently for his Muslim appeasement and support at an umpteen skill. It is heard that Md. Ghatak gave her daughter to a rich Muslim family through an arranged marriage.

The report of this silent attack upon Hindus and Hindu Temple came only in Danik Jagran and the silence of the whole media is bound to raise unanswerable questions. Certainly we found the names of the perpetrators in case of the domestic violence. Fine, but why the perpetrators were not punished even by the mighty pens of media? They can name the man who was beaten up, despite the goons were not “identified” by our highly vigilant media.

The media persons perhaps just think, it’s the handiwork of just some antisocial elements But they never think, why should they tear the picture of Hindu God Bajrangbali , why should they demolish his deity? Why this attack upon Hindu Temple and Ashram? Unless they were preparing to become Ghazi (idol breakers or the killer of a Kaffir), they were not so ruthless and tragic to the disbelievers.

A source so closed to the attackers told us the names of the goons who even took the pain to tour to Durgapur from Asansol, of course to be certified as Ghazi. One of the boys is namely Saifulla Khan, son of a giant antisocial of Asansol under alias of a businessman having a bog shop named “Paramount”. This Saifulla is operating from Asansol to harm hundreds over the Hindus in the locality and even in the remote areas of Burdwan as sources told so far.

Second one comes from the offspring of the owner of “Israil Fashion” that funded Pakistani Intruders with a huge sum of 12 Crore during Kargil War, as a cross border aid from Bangladeshi talibans, creating a debate then. This shop was the third most visited cloth store after B N GHANTY and MOHAN CLOTH STORE in Asansol. In retaliation the Hindus economically boycotted the store or that time and it was almost dragged on footpath. But the Muslim community helped them for their bad times and the masters and managers of Asansol wiped out the matter as no action was taken on them on political coverage. The name of Touhid Hossian is also surfaced for the involvement in this temple attack.

When this is the case of Temple attack in Burdwan and specially in Durgapur, Bengal media should not be blamed for “not to publish the name of the deadly goons from a particular community”. They are all only loyal to the Muslim Minorities. This is branded as “Courageous Journalism” to promote fundamental Islam. Actually, this doesn’t mean anything in their profile.

These types of attack upon Bajrangbali Temple or protest over Bajrangbali Murthi (idol) installation were recorded in Panchala (Howrah), Budge Budge (South 24 Pgs) and some places in West Bengal very unfortunately within last one year.

Abdul Karim Chowdhury, Javed Ahamed Khan, Haider Ajiz Safi, Firhad Hakim, Nure Alam Chowdhury (all TMC) and Abu Hena (Congress) in her Ministry and keept other 4 (four) Muslim MLAs reserved for the ministerial posts to boost up the Islamic propaganda in the Party and Administrative lines. Mamata has a plan to adore as much 15 (fifteen) Muslim Ministers in her Green Crescent Ministry for a prospective "Muslim Bangla". Everybody knows the planning of Nurar Rahaman Barkati, Idrish Ali, Taha Siddique and Siddikullah Chowdhry. Muslims in Bengal (West Bengal) are more united than ever and the Hindus are being fragmented socially and politically day by day. Even the so-called secular forces in Sushil Samaj (Bengali Intellectual Society) are bowing down to the Islamist Forces in Bengal, sometimes licking the feet of Muslim Fundamentalism for their social prospects. Never they uttered a single word against the the driving out Taslima Nasrin and the Kolkata Riot for that, Rampaging in Statesman House and protest over an article by Johann Harri, Supporting Cow Slaughter against the High Court verdict, violating 65 decibel parameter of the use of microphone from Mosques, dismissing Pulse Polio programmes in many places, contradicting family planning, condolence prayer for Osama Bin Laden in Kolkata heart land and so on...... Okay, a new morning in a Muslim Bangla is ushered through this Change Syndrome. What Bengal thinks today .........

This Islamization of west Bengal are bound to happen within 200 days to 2 years more as the experts for Islamisation are too active in all parties, Left to Right.

In this Context the Non Muslims in West Bengal can think further if they don't want to surrender to the threat of Islamic Fundamentalism and the dangerous political parties promoting the appeasement and aggression of Islam.

We can verify the points as under when we have no option otherwise to raise our voice against the stealthy Islamisation of West Bengal.

Some issues for West Bengal for 2016 and 2050

These are some issues that may be focused for future political activities in West Bengal. I shall divide the discussion in two sections – Issues for 2016 and issues for 2050.
Let me first take up the issue for the year 2050. Though there is 40 years left and no one can predict the social and political changes that may or may not take place during the passing years yet the problem is so important that it can’t be left to grow silently to annihilate the whole Bengali society in not so distant future. The issue of 2050 is whether West Bengal will exist or not.
Let me first highlight some specific characteristics of West Bengal which are important for choosing the issues.

West Bengal state was created in 1947 by constitutional method to create a space for non-Muslim population of undivided Bengal
Muslim population in West Bengal was about 19% in 1951, 25.5% in 2001 and probably about 30% in 2011
This is a border state with Bangladesh where a vibrant Islamic society is constantly driving out Hindus and Muslims are infiltrating
2011 census has not yet given religious census. However West Bengal had decadal growth rate (2001-2011) of 13.9%, but three Muslim majority districts of Murshidabad, Maldah and Uttar Dinajpur had decadal growth rate more than 21%. This shows the very high trend of Muslim population growth rate in West Bengal in last decade, similar to last 40 years
I have shown earlier in my papers that by the year 2051, West Bengal will become a Muslim majority state.

Now what should we do if we know that the state which was specifically created for non-Muslims, with 81% non-Muslim population in 1951 is going to become a Muslim majority state in 2052 just by demographic change? Should we accept it as fate accompli?

My suggestions are

The issue of demographic change should be brought into public notice through a series of seminars, campaigns, postering etc.
We should ask for special constitutional guarantee to keep West Bengal a Non-Muslim majority state, just like the tribal areas where outsiders can not buy property, land etc.
We should ask for a Referendum in West Bengal on the issue
The fight and campaign should be taken to all India level and at Parliament
We should form a special group with legal and political science experts to discuss the issue and look for examples in International experiences like East Timor or south Sudan.

Remember that this campaign will help us in all our simultaneous programmes as it will keep the central issue of existence of West Bengal alive.

Second issue of the year 2016 is basically thinking about next state election unless there is a mid-term election.

In this election of 2011, the non-CPM, Non-TMC (mainly BJP) had no issue at all. Due to media explosion, at least 5 Bengali news channels carried on discussion on state election for one and half month. However BJP had no issue to tell the viewers (except Central corruption which is not an issue in West Bengal at all), so they exercised their oratory skills on the issues highlighted by TMC or CPM.

SO WE NEED TO IDENTIFY OUR OWN ISSUES THOSE ARE IMPORTANT TO WEST BENGAL. In 2011 those easily could be demographic change, Bangladeshi infiltration, Madrasa education, Muslim reservation, Taslima Nasrin besides the other common economic issues. The religious issues are linked to demography as explained below.

So now let me talk of about some issues for which we can start our campaign from now, preparing our own agenda long before 2016.

ISSUES

Population and Demography: West Bengal is most densely populated state in the country. This high density population is one of the major reasons for West Bengals’s poverty. The per capita land is very low, now the industrialisation has become problematic because of lack of land. All issues of Singur and Nandigram are land only. This high population of West Bengal is only due to Refugees from East Pakistan and Bangladesh and Bangladeshi Muslim Infiltration.

WE HAVE TO HIGHLIGHT THE ISSUE OF LAND (SINGUR-NANDIGRAM) LINKING IT WITH DEMOGRAPHY AND ISLAMIC PERSECUTION.

WE HAVE TO HIGHLIGHT THAT IF WEST BENGAL WANTS DEVELOPMENT and employment, THIS ISSUE OF POPULATION HAS TO BE SOLVED

Madrasa Education: BJP has never come against Madrasa education. West Bengal general education system is mostly non-religious, even missionary schools are less fundamentalists. WE HAVE TO CAMPAIGN THAT EXISTENCE OF MADRASA EDUCATION BOARD IS ILLEGAL AS NO OTHER RELIGION HAS SEPARATE EXAMINATION BOARDS. WE HAVE TO APPLEA ALL THAT NO ONE SHOULD RECOGNISE MADRASA DEGREES. This will also bring the issue of Alia University in Kolkata and Aligarh Muslim University in Murshidabad.
Bangladesh Refugee and Nationality Questions: BJP BETRAYED HINDU BENGALI REFUGEES FROM BANGLADESH BY DEBYING THEM CITIZENSHIP IN 2003. This has to be overturned and campaign to grant citizenship to the refugees.
Gujarat as Ideal: WE HAVE TO GIVE BENGALIS A GOAL AND THAT WILL BE GUJARAT. We have to flood the state with posters with real data of Gujarat – per capita income, per capita electricity, per capita road, industrial development etc etc. IN BENGAL GUJARAT IS SHOWN AS A HELL – WE HAVE TO TAKE THE CHALLENGE HEAD ON.

CARRYING OUT GROUP MEETINGS AND STREET MEETINGS USING POWERPOINT PROJECTIONS, VIDEOS
STARTING DIALOGUES WITH RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS TO DISSEMINATE THE ISSUES OF POPULATION, DEMOGRAPHY, MADRASA ETC IN THEIR RELIGIOUS MEETINGS
IDENTIFY DEFINITE ELECTORAL SEGMENTS FOR PRIORITISING THE CAMPAIGNS
STRESS ON REFUGESS SEGMENTS – BOTH WELL SETTLED PRE 1971 REFUGEES AND POST 1975 POORER BUT FIGHTING REFUGEES
